Shipping policy
We will ship your item to your provided order address within three (3) to five (5) working days.

APARO remains responsible for your order until it has been delivered and accepted in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.
Once an order has been dispatched, you may choose to make alternative delivery arrangements directly with the courier. Where you request changes to the original delivery instructions, including but not limited to redirecting a parcel, authorising delivery to a third party, requesting change of delivery address, requesting delivery without a signature, or instructing the courier to leave the parcel unattended, APARO shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage or delay arising from those amended instructions.
You as the customer are encouraged to ensure that a responsible person is available to receive and inspect the parcel at the delivery address provided at checkout.
All delivery timeframes provided by APARO or its courier partners are estimates and may vary depending on location, operational conditions and factors outside of APARO’s reasonable control.
