1. How long does it take to receive my order?

Once your order is placed, it will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.

Yes, you will receive tracking details via email once your order has been shipped.

3. What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return and refund within 7 days of receiving your item. The item must be unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Please refer to our refund policy for more details.

To initiate a return, please visit our website and go to your 'order' page. Click on the 'return' button next to the item you wish to return and follow the instructions. 5. How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive your returned item, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process the refund within 21 working days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
