Refund policy
Exchanges, Returns & Refunds
You have Seven (7) days from the time you receive your item to request an exchange, return or refund under our 7-day return policy. Your item must be unworn (excluding reasonable try-on for fit and sizing purposes) or unused, with tags still attached, and in the original packaging, with the packaging and item in its original quality in order to be eligible for a exchange, return or refund. The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required.
To begin a exchange, return or refund, please use one of the following three (3) options:
1. Website Login (via your order page)
- Log in to our website using your account details.
- Go to 'My Orders' and select the order you wish to return.
- Click on 'Request a Return/Refund' and follow the steps.
- You will receive a confirmation email with further instructions.
2. Email Request
- Send an email to info@aparoclothing.co.za
- Use the subject line: EXCHANGE/RETURN/REFUND REQUEST - [Your Order Number]
- Include the following in your email:
- - Your full name
- - Order Number
- - Item(s) you want to return
- - Reason for return
- Our team will reply with the next steps.
3. WhatsApp Request
- Send us a WhatsApp message on our business line.
- Start your message with: EXCHANGE/RETURN/REFUND REQUEST - [Your Order Number]
- Include the following:
- - Your full name
- - Order number
- - Item(s) you want to return
- - Reason for return
- We will confirm receipt and guide you through the process.
Once we've received the item we will confirm receipt and once we’ve reviewed your item and request, we'll inform you whether or not the request was approved. If approved, we'll deliver a new item to you within three (3) to five (5) working days. In the case of a refund, we will refund within twenty-one (21) working days. If rejected, we will re-deliver the returned item within three (3) to five (5) working days.
Furthermore, for approved refunds, your banking details will be required and the funds will be paid within twenty-one (21) working days after we’ve communicated the approval. Please note that your bank may need additional time to process and deposit the refund.
Please contact us via email or WhatsApp if you have any questions regarding exchanges, returns or refunds. Please use the subject "EXCHANGE/RETURNS/REFUND ENQUIRY - " followed by your order number.
The Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) cooling off period.
As per The Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) which came into effect on 31 March 2011, you have a Five (5) day window from the day goods were purchased in store or the day goods were delivered to cancel or return your order for any reason. As stated above, your item must be unworn (excluding reasonable try-on for fit and sizing purposes) or unused, with tags still attached, and in the original packaging, with the packaging and item in its original quality. The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required.
